Description

Clinic Patient Account Representative responsible for patient check in, verifying insurance coverage, collecting copays and outstanding balances, and assisting patients with billing questions and payment arrangements. Works closely with clinic staff, providers, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate account documentation, timely claim follow-up, and excellent customer service throughout the patient financial experience.
