This position offers the chance to join an established Women’s Health program with a strong team-based approach and excellent clinical support. Physicians will work alongside a collaborative group of providers, including OBGYNs, a certified nurse midwife, and a dedicated GYN APP. The practice blends outpatient care with obstetric deliveries, allowing for a balanced and fulfilling scope of practice. With modern technology, strong nursing support, and a predictable call schedule, this role is designed to support both efficiency and quality patient care. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Established Women’s Health program with strong community presence
• Collaborative team of 7 OBGYNs, CNM, and dedicated GYN APP
• Primarily outpatient practice with OB deliveries
• 36 clinic hours plus 4 administrative hours weekly
• Shared 1:7 call rotation for balanced scheduling
• Level II nursery supporting deliveries
• Manage high-risk OB cases up to 32 weeks
• Dedicated nursing staff and robust APP support
• Cerner EMR with Dragon and Ambient AI tools
• Full scope including vaginal and C-section deliveries
• Perform hysterectomies and laparoscopic procedures
• In-office procedures including IUD placement and colposcopy
• Competitive MGMA median base salary
