This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines Set up trays and ensure proper portioning and presentation of food Deliver meals to residents and assist with dining room service as needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas Maintain proper food storage and labeling standards Support cooks and dietary staff as needed Join a team where your work truly matters.
