Staff Accountant (0-2 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project financial administration by coordinating customer invoicing, monitoring contract billing requirements, and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and accurate
• Analyze and track project-related expenses, helping maintain cost visibility, financial accuracy, and alignment with project budgets
• Develop, update, and maintain reporting tools and spreadsheets that provide insights into operational performance, project activity, and financial results
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to address payment inquiries, documentation needs, account discrepancies, and other project-related issues
• Assist with project lifecycle activities, including financial tracking, account reconciliations, closeout support, and final project reporting
• Contribute to process optimization efforts by documenting procedures, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting system users with day-to-day operational needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Open to entry-level candidates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
• Strong communication skills and a go-getter mentality
