Emergency Department Throughput Lead

RIH Rhode Island Hospital is looking for a Flow Manager to coordinate patient throughput in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, have thorough knowledge of emergency operations, and significant nursing experience. The Flow Manager's role includes supervising interdisciplinary teams, resolving operational conflicts, and ensuring optimal patient care through efficient resource management.
