The Ideal Profile

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR, Fast Casual, or Quick-Service Convenience Store food environment. (Experience with premier, systems-driven QSR brands like Chick-fil-A is a massive plus!)
• Strong Professional Tenure: A consistent career history that demonstrates commitment and loyalty (no job-hopping).
