Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams by taking medical histories and explaining procedures.
- Provide instructions to patients about medications, special diets, and other healthcare needs as directed by the physician.
- Keep accurate records of patient care, medications, and observations.
- Provide patients and their families with information on managing conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Work history/resume
- Current registered nurse (CNA) license in the state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
