Job Description

Allegheny Health Networks (AHN) Cancer Institute is recruiting full-time Medical Oncologists/Hematologists to join our Pittsburgh area teams.

Highlights:

• State-of-the-art facilities with a dedicated patient supportive services team to include, but not limited to, nurse navigator, dietitian, social worker, and financial counselor
\n
• Large network of 23 locations in Western Pennsylvania, accounting for >8000 new cancer patients per year
\n
• Weekly multi-disciplinary tumor boards
\n
• Strong clinical trial support infrastructure
\n

Duties:

\n
• Responsibilities in assessing, diagnosing and treating patients in both the outpatient and inpatient hospital settings
\n
• Must incorporate a multi-disciplinary, patient-centered approach
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Completion of ACGME Fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology
\n
• Board Eligible/ Board Certified in Medical Oncology/Hematology
\n
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
\n
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
\n
