Material Planner

Job Description Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, drive the improvement agenda. Develop monthly Production Plan based on Demand input and Capacity situation. Establish and maintain a weekly master production schedule to support Production Plan Help define and maintain S&OP KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement. Distribute work orders and assist department personnel in obtaining items (drawings, parts, etc.) necessary to complete job operations and job material transactions. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support business initiatives, adjust plans accordingly and communicate supply chain issues and recommendations for resolution. Review and maintain master data for legacy and new products for proper planning. Communicate shortages to appropriate departments and make recommendations. Manage running action and issues list, drive issues to closure on a timely basis.
