Responsibilities Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures. Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured. Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure. Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed. Qualifications Current and valid LPN nursing license for the state of Illinois Current CPR certification Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Location(s) Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job.
