About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise technology strategy. The CTO will be responsible for four strategic pillars: cloud and platform engineering, enterprise data engineering, artificial intelligence and intelligent automation, and enterprise architecture and technology innovation. This executive role demands a leader who can build and operate secure, scalable, cloud-native technology platforms, with a critical focus on ensuring that artificial intelligence delivers measurable business value. The successful candidate will work closely with the CIO to shape the long-term technology vision and will be accountable for driving enterprise technology standards, governance, and architecture. Candidates for the CTO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or advanced technical degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience. The role requires deep expertise in cloud and platform engineering, enterprise data engineering, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud security, enterprise architecture, and technology governance, particularly within regulated environments. Executive leadership skills, including the ability to influence and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, are essential. The CTO will also be responsible for building and leading high-performing technology organizations, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that technology investments align with business strategy.
