Healthy Smiles Dental is a privately owned, single-doctor private practice that has been a staple of the Lancaster community since 2010. With a tight-knit team of eight, we focus on quality over quantity, ensuring both our staff and patients feel valued.

Dental hygienist

Provide routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
Perform Scaling and Root Planing (SRP).
Capture high-quality radiographs and apply fluoride treatments.
Administer Arestin as needed.
Provide comprehensive patient education and home-care instruction.
Collaborate with the clinical team on sterilization procedures (all-hands-on-deck approach).

part-time $41 - $45 per hour

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

License: Valid Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license in good standing.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in periodontal therapy and digital X-rays.
Anesthesia: PA Local Anesthesia permit is preferred but not required.
Team Spirit: A willingness to assist with sterilization and support your fellow team members.
