Job Description:The Government Compliance Analyst II supports the organization’s government compliance program by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of policies and controls aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). This role operates as a generalist within the compliance function, partnering with cross-functional teams such as finance, contracts, supply chain, and legal to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The analyst contributes to internal reviews, documentation efforts, training initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.What you'll do:Support implementation and maintenance of compliance controls related to FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirementsAssist in developing, updating, and documenting policies, procedures, and internal controlsParticipate in internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and audit readiness activitiesSupport preparation and submission of required government filings and disclosuresAssist in development of recurring compliance reports, dashboards, and management reporting materialsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant business practicesMonitor regulatory updates and support impact assessments and implementation effortsMaintain compliance documentation and support responses to internal and external auditsRequired qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field2–4 years of experience in government contracting, compliance, accounting, or related fieldFoundational knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirementsStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting audits (e.g., DCAA/DCMA) is a plusExperience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, or process efficiency is a plus$70,000 - $105,000 a year#LBFull-time regular employee offer package:Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + EquityTemporary employee offer package:Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
