Aurum Construction | Omaha, NE (Local Role — Field-Based) About Aurum Construction Aurum Construction is a self-perform concrete contractor backed by Goldenrod Companies, specializing in structural concrete and foundations for large commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects nationwide. What You’ll Do This role is critical to ensuring our projects are built correctly, efficiently, and safely from day one. Perform layout for foundations, anchor bolts, embeds, columns, walls, slabs, and site improvements Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and gridlines Interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings for accurate layout Use GPS, robotic total stations, and other survey equipment for field layout and verification Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field crews to support sequencing and layout needs Verify as-built conditions and assist with final as-built documentation Troubleshoot field conflicts and dimensional issues proactively ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of construction surveying or layout experience Strong experience with total stations, GPS, and layout software (Trimble, Leica, Topcon, etc.) Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings Experience with structural concrete layout strongly preferred Comfortable working in an active construction environment Detail-oriented, reliable, and field-focused Degree in surveying, civil engineering, or construction management a plus but not required Be a key part of a growing self-perform concrete team in the Midwest Work on large, complex, and technically interesting projects Strong compensation and benefits Long-term career growth within a stable and expanding company Supportive, collaborative team culture Omaha, Nebraska — local field-based role supporting projects in the Omaha and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
