Geriatric Primary Care Physician — Multi-Center Community

Providence PACE seeks a full-time Physician to join the Portland, Oregon team. You will provide primary care to older adults, rotating across seven Providence PACE centers, in both community-based settings and outpatient clinics. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care across medical, behavioral health, and social services.
