Now Hiring: Pool Attendant (Weekend Position)

BG Staffing | Hempstead, NY 11530

$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | ⏰ 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (weather permitting)

Mandatory Training: Friday, July 3rd (1–2 hours, time TBD)

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable, attentive, and customer-focused Pool Attendant to support a residential community in Hempstead, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with residents, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

• Monitor pool entry to ensure only authorized residents and guests enter
• Check wristbands and verify resident status in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the pool area
• Help uphold community rules and promote a safe, respectful environment
• Secure the pool area by locking the gate at closing time each day
• Remove and dispose of trash at the end of each shift
• Communicate effectively with property staff regarding any issues or concerns

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to remain attentive and detail-oriented throughout the shift
• Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
