Home Care Aid

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes in Willis, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote independence, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
Support mobility by assisting clients in moving around their home safely.
Provide companionship and emotional support to help improve client quality of life.
Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Follow care plans and safety protocols established by the company and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is an advantage, but NOT required.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Willis, MI is a plus.
Ability to pass background checks.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Benefits
