We provide a competitive salary based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, setting industry standards.Essential DutiesPRIMARY OBJECTIVESFacilitate the seamless integration of electronic health records (EHR), medical imaging systems, and other critical healthcare applications.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand clinical workflows and tailor IT systems to enhance efficiency.Implement interoperability standards to enable the exchange of patient data across different healthcare platforms.COMPETENCIESSelf-starter and be able to work independently.Must have excellent high-level engineering skills.Customer oriented, solid business acumen and excellent communication skills.Proven track record of performance against goals year over year.Knowledge of IT best practices and ability to use best judgement to service facility's needs.Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with all levels of internal and external professionals, especially professionals with non-technical understanding.Strong relationship building skills.QualificationEducation and/or ExperienceVirtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.)Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS)Active DirectoryDesktop support and user supportWindows Client Operating Systems (Window 7, 10, 11)PSA or RMM experienceLanguage SkillsCapable of effective communication in both written and spoken form. Can understand and participate in conversations on familiar topics, as well as comprehend standard business correspondence and documentation.Mathematical SkillsFamiliarity with basic mathematical concepts and operations. Able to perform simple calculations and understand elementary mathematical principles. May require support or training to apply mathematical skills in the context of the job.Reasoning AbilitySkilled in logical reasoning and analytical thinking. Capable of evaluating information, identifying relationships, and drawing logical conclusions.
