This is an entry‑level leadership role that can lead to future leadership growth within our company. In this position you will provide leadership support for your store and team members. Additionally, you will run daily shifts, assist with new hire training, and help create an amazing customer experience that drives business results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for running a profitable restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant and Assistant General Manager and making sure your location meets Popeyes high level of standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the Restaurant Leadership to drive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly store goals. Help drive a positive, fun and energetic store culture. Assisting in training new team members to make sure that they understand their role and have the knowledge to be successful. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations. Qualifications and Skills: Applicant must have 6 months of leadership experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant environment. Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate at all levels of the business. Must have the ability to display effective leadership skills. Ability to use a computer and basic software a must. Candidates need to possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50 ibs. Open to working a 40+ hour work schedule (8 to10 hour days) and available on evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Benefits Include: Starting Wages from $16.00 - $20.00 per hour + bonus potential. Tuition reimbursement opportunity.
