Answer and provide information for incoming calls, order status, price and availability, general product questions, etc, Process customer orders, taking orders over the phone, processing customer credit cards, processing expedited orders Process debit/credit memos on customer accounts including price corrections, freight correction, customer number correction, rep number correction, Work closely and assist the following departments and individuals: Regional VP Staff along with Factory Reps, shipping department, production planners, returns department, purchasing department.
