Job Title: Production Associate- Machining

Location: Henderson, CO

Duration: 6+ Months contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance

Pay Rate: $24/hour on W2

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm (Mountain time zone)

Job Description:

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• In this area technicians rotate within the workstations in this area.
• Operations include power wash cleaning of cranks and cylinder blocks.
• Detailed inspection of crankshafts. Use of basic polishing machine.
• Manual cleaning of cylinder block surfaces, and threaded holes, using power tools and abrasives.
• Detailed inspection of the cylinder block.
• Use of cranes and basic measurement equipment (bore gauges, micrometers).
• Follow documented instructions.
• Record process results as needed.
• More skilled operator in this area will operate a milling machine.
• Support problem solving investigations.
• All of above while following all HSE requirements.

Required Skill:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Machine Experience
• Knowledge of hand tools
• We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who is comfortable working with machines and tools.
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong hands-on skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• This role involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• The manager is looking for a general worker with hand tool experience nothing more nothing less.
