Job Description

We are seeking a dependable individual to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role involves hands-on production work, including assembling, cutting, finishing, and preparing products for shipment. Candidates will use a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, and material handling equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, cutting, sanding, grinding, and finishing tasks on manufactured products
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment to complete production tasks
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, woodworking, assembly, or a related field
• Recent experience using hand and power tools in a production or construction environment
• Experience reading and using measuring tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Stable work history with verifiable references

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
