MLR is looking for an Accountant to join a welcoming community hospital near Mansfield, Ohio! Hospital Accountant Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS!

Key Responsibilities for the Hospital Accountant:

• Organize and prepare financial and accounting transactions.
• Generate accurate financial statements.
• Provide budgetary support and financial reporting to Directors.
• Meet all reporting deadlines.
• Assist with month- and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare, verify, allocate, and post journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Generate requested financial reports.
• Conduct data analysis as required.
• Manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
• Adapt to various financial and reporting software systems.
