Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical rehabilitation needs Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Participate in patient education and discharge planning Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development Requirements Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida New graduates welcome to apply!
