ESL Teacher For High School

1)Position:
English teacher
Nanshan Canpus in Shenzhen high school
2)Job description:
ØAbility & experience in teaching relevant British Pattern IGCSE and A level , English courses in accordance to the related specification.
ØAssign appropriate homework and mark it on time.
ØClass supervision and accurate student records of performance.
ØAttendance at parent/teacher or staff meetings and other promotional events as required.
ØParticipate and organize extracurricular activities.
ØProvide reference letters and certain counseling duties as requested.

Minimum position requirements:
ØNo limits on gender, ages between 23 and 45, with bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or above is preferred.
ØCertificated teacher with at least one year teaching experience in related subject.
ØHaving teaching experiences in A-level/SAT/AP/IB relevant subject is preferred.

3)Salary and Benefits:
ØBasic Salary:
lEnglish: 22,000 - 25,000 RMB/M before tax (12 months, depending on teaching experience and qualification) ;
lOther subject: 25,000 - 27,000 RMB/M before tax (12 months, depending on teaching experience and qualification) ;

Øapartment allowance 5k
ØAir ticket allowance: up to 8,000 RMB;
ØContract Renewal Bonus: one month of salary will be paid upon renewal of the two-year contract;
ØHolidays: summer and winter holidays according the school calendar; one week for Christmas Day; and all Chinese national holidays;
ØMedical and Accident Insurance;
