Notre équipe recherche un(e) Responsable Adjoint(e) Boucherie motivé(e) pour renforcer nos équipes. Gérer les plannings des salariés du secteur Participer activement à la gestion quotidienne du rayon (achats, stocks, commandes) Manager une équipe et veiller à la bonne application des règles commerciales Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité des produits Être au service des clients, les accompagner dans leurs achats (conseils culinaires, de cuisson) Veiller à la mise en valeur des produits de boucherie traditionnelle (étale, cave de maturation…) Implanter les produits et garantir la bonne tenue des rayons Veiller à la rotation des produits selon la réglementation Superviser la découpe et l'emballage des diverses viandes Etablir le processus de traçabilité des produits Ce que nous avons pour vous Un CDI avec un salaire attractif Des primes de participation et d'intéressement Une mutuelle et une prévoyance Un CSE avec de nombreux avantages Un cadre de travail agréable et une équipe professionnelle et bienveillante Profil Votre profil : Une passion pour la boucherie et le travail bien fait Une expérience et de solides connaissance en boucherie sont un indispensable De solides connaissances en boucherie lié à la découpe des différentes viandes Un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion L'envie de travailler en équipe et d'accompagner vos collègues dans leur montée en compétences Une écoute attentive des besoins clients et un souci constant de qualité #J-18808-Ljbffr Groupe E.Leclerc
