Job OverviewReeder Distributors, Inc. is looking for an experienced Fuel Driver to join our team in Kyle, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of gasoline, diesel, dyed diesel, and other fuel products to customer locations.This position requires previous fuel hauling experience, a strong understanding of DOT and hazardous materials regulations, and a commitment to safe driving and proper fuel handling procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Reeder Distributors' standards for safety and service. SHIFT AND SCHEDULEThis is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with overtime on Saturday's.COMPENSATIONThis position offers a highly competitive annual earning potential ranging from $85,000 to $135,000 per year.Key Responsibilities of a fuel driverSafely transport and deliver fuel products (gas, diesel, dyed diesel)Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on trucks and fuel equipmentLoad fuel at terminals or bulk tanks and deliver to customer sitesDispense product via pump system with accuracy and safetyFollow all DOT, state, and federal regulationsReport issues promptly and maintain accurate logsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A FUEL DRIVERValid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsementsTwo or more years of fuel delivery experience (gas, diesel, dyed diesel) requiredFive or more years CDL A tanker/bobtail experience preferredMust be able to drive manual transmissionExcellent driving record with no serious violationsKnowledge of hazardous material handling and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWhy You'll Love Working HereHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time), 401(k) retirement planAdditional Perks: Paid weekly, free uniforms, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environmentCompany OverviewSince 1973, Reeder Distributors, Inc. has been a family-owned and operated company built on reliability, customer service, and quality.
