RN Evening Supervisor

Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 annually

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to join our team as an Evening Supervisor. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing staff during evening operations.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing department operations during the evening shift.

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.

• Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to individualized care plans.

• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Complete and review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to promote positive resident outcomes.

• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed.

• Participate in staff development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
