Job Title: Pediatric CVOR Tech
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5x8 Hours

Pay Rate: $45 - $55/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Pediatric CVOR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pediatric cardiac operating rooms for surgical procedures.

• Assist surgeons during pediatric cardiovascular and open-heart surgeries.

• Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.

• Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

• Support optimal patient outcomes through efficient surgical assistance.

• Ensure proper functioning and availability of surgical equipment.

• Follow infection control and operating room safety standards.

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience.

• Open heart surgery experience required.

• BLS Certification.

• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric CVOR experience.

• CST Certification.

• Experience working in pediatric cardiac surgery programs.

• Previous travel assignment experience.
