Overview We are seeking engaging and enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience Handle payments and process transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Attention to detail and ability to multitask Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our restaurant. Excellent physical coordination. Attention to detail. Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player. High energy level; stamina; handles pressure well. Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary. Personal cleanliness. Excellent verbal communication. Able to speak, read, and understand English. Able to perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money. Physical Requirements Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant. Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a tray.
