Schedule: Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license, BLS certification, valid drivers license, auto insurance, auto registration, annual TB screening, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tetanus-Diphtheria-Acellular Pertussis (TDaP) (10 years), annual influenza vaccination, drug screen, and physical assessment.
Additional Information: Additional travel outside the assigned areas may be required. Weekend coverage may be necessary.
