CustodianTo serve the church/school by providing custodial services to the church/school buildings. This position currently reports to the Facilities Manager. Duties of employee:Daily Activities for Classrooms, Cafeteria, Gym, Trailers & School OfficeVacuum & mop floors- dailyEmpty trash- dailyDusting- as neededWindows- as neededDaily Activities for LibraryDusting- as neededVacuum- dailyEmpty trash- dailyDaily Activities for Main HallwayVacuum & mop floors- dailyDusting- as neededWindows- as neededDaily Activities for Bathrooms: Main, Workroom, Hallway, Downstairs, Lisa Room, Alex RoomMop floors- dailyEmpty trash- dailyClean/disinfect toilets- dailyReplace paper products- dailyQualifications:Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or Graduate Equivalent Degree (GED)Be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationSuccessful candidates must complete and pass the required BCI II/FBI background checkPhysical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use their hands, stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
