Workout Anytime is seeking a motivated, results-driven Fitness Director to lead the Personal Training department at our Homestead, FL location. This leadership role is responsible for driving Personal Training sales, growing recurring revenue, developing a high-performing team of Personal Trainers, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Perform fitness consultations and recommend customized Personal Training programs based on each member's goals.
• Generate recurring Personal Training revenue through consultative sales and relationship building.
• Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maximize conversions and member retention.
• Achieve monthly Personal Training sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive department growth and profitability.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop Personal Trainers.
• Coach and mentor trainers to improve sales performance, member engagement, and service quality.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and accountability meetings.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and results.
• Ensure all Personal Trainers follow company policies, operational standards, and best practices.

Member Experience

• Build meaningful relationships with members to support long-term success.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through education, motivation, and accountability.
• Help members achieve life-changing fitness results while increasing retention and referrals.
• Resolve member concerns professionally while maintaining a positive club environment.

Operations

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve overall club performance goals.
• Attend required meetings, leadership trainings, and company development programs.
• Maintain accurate sales, scheduling, and member records.
• Support daily club operations as needed to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness sales, personal training, fitness management, or a related sales leadership role preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience coaching or developing others.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed performance expectations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
