Opportunity Details:

• Clinical workweek divided among Labor & Delivery, inpatient Gynecology, operating room, and outpatient OB/GYN.
• Perform gynecologic surgery, including operative hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.
• Participate in resident and medical student education.
• Work alongside a highly collaborative Nurse Midwifery team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to independently manage obstetric and gynecologic patients and lead a multidisciplinary Labor & Delivery team.
• Experience with operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.

• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

  • Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

  • After one year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match isrequired.

• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
