Superior also provides Critical Care, helicopter, and fixed-wing emergency medical transportation.As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related activities for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates. While ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations in the employment process. The duties include recruitment, onboarding, special projects, special events, and other recruitment duties and functions as required.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of the Recruiting consist of, but are not limited to the following:The full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, perform background checks and extend offers of employmentAdminister new employee onboarding and assist with OrientationPost positions and source candidates utilizing job posting websites, job boards, social media, professional networking and cold callingCollaborate with the HR and Management teams to develop effective recruitment strategiesParticipation in career fairs and special events as neededEnsure compliance with all regulations, policies and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employmentPrepare information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trendsIn-office is required Monday - FridayQualificationsAbility to work independently and also collaborate with the recruitment team, in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of Human Resources and employment laws, regulations and best practices for recruitment and hiringAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeAble to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyProficient with MS Office and ability to adapt to new systems.Reports to the Recruiting Manager in Elmhurst (in-office Mon - Fri)PreferredBachelor's / Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.One (1) year of recruitment experience.BenefitsHealth/dental/life insuranceTuition reimbursementOpportunity for Career GrowthSalary RangeUSD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr. rates offered based on years of experience
