Your Role

• Connect with warm leads provided daily — no cold calling, door knocking, or relying solely on referrals.
• Speak with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right life insurance coverage.
• Meet with clients virtually via phone or video from the comfort of your home.
• Manage your own schedule while maintaining flexibility and independence.
• Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training and mentorship support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Assist clients through the application process and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Track activity, maintain accurate records, and stay up to date with training and product knowledge.
• Work toward personal performance goals and increase your income as you improve your results.
