Youth Care & Facility Supervisor (Trauma-Informed)

Paradise Oaks Youth Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support emotionally disturbed youth in our California facility. You will supervise youth, implement behavior plans, and document daily progress, with emphasis on trauma-informed approaches and consistent routines. You will assist with housekeeping, meals, and safe transportation as needed, while upholding licensing and agency policies.
