Enjoy 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams. Provide skilled therapy to produce measurable improvements in patient function. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises, appliances, and home care strategies. Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs.
