AI-Driven Project Manager – Contracting, Provider Network & Compliance As AI-Driven Project Manager you will identify, develop, implement, and optimize sophisticated AI solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the contracting, provider network services, and corporate compliance functions within the Legal & Compliance Department. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate work, redesign workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions across legal, compliance, contracting, provider network, insurance, real estate, construction, and operational teams. Transform manual and administrative processes into technology-enabled, scalable solutions that maintain compliance, quality, and operational integrity. Serve as the department’s dedicated leader for AI adoption and business process transformation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare/public administration, project management, or related field. At least 3 years of project management, process improvement, product management automation, technology implementation, or related experience. Valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan. Demonstrated experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives. Experience implementing workflow automation, AI tools, business intelligence solutions, or enterprise software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
