Duties Design and deliver engaging dance, sports, and yoga classes tailored specifically for kids and preschoolers, ensuring activities are age-appropriate and safe. Maintain a lively classroom environment that encourages participation while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Arrive to the school on time and clock in Take attendance and call parents of absent kids Maintain fun and enthusiastic attitude while teaching to engage the kids Do head counts to keep track of all the kids Report behavior issues when/if they occur Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages self-expression and confidence among students. Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve their technique and performance skills. Yoga Instructor Duties Teach Yoga to elementary K-6 Kids Play fun Mindful games at the end of class Teach engaging yoga classes that incorporate fundamental Mindfulness techniques, breathe work, and Poses. Dance Instructor Duties Teach Choreography to elementary K-6 Kids Play fun dance games at the end of class Teach engaging dance classes that incorporate fundamentals Sports Coach Duties Teach sports fundamentals to elementary K-6 Kids (Mostly K-3) Play fun sports games at the end of class Requirements High School diploma Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation Must do a background check Must be a US Citizen 1 year experience in dance, sports, and/or yoga (School, Life, Theater, Cheer, Dance Team, Dance Class, Soccer, Basketball, Football, Track, Kick Ball, Yoga ) Be able to learn and memorize choreography or sports drills/lesson plans Must have a yoga certification (yoga instructors only) Passion and love for working with kids Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students and maintain a positive environment.
