Equipment Yard Technician

C&E Rentals is looking for an Equipment Yard Technician to join our team in Tualatin. This is an entry level position with opportunities to grow into an Equipment Technician, CDL Driver, Rental Coordinator, Sales Representative, or Management positions.

No equipment rental experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

This is a hands on job where you'll work with excavators, skid steers, boom lifts, forklifts, trenchers, compactors, generators, and a wide variety of construction and landscape equipment.

If you're reliable, motivated, and willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare equipment for customer pickup and delivery. 
• Inspect equipment before and after rentals. 
• Wash, fuel, and perform basic service tasks. 
• Load and unload equipment safely. 
• Help customers understand equipment operation. 
• Assist technicians and delivery drivers. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard. 
• Learn equipment identification, operation, and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Dependable attendance. 
• Ability to work outdoors year round. 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds. 
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus. 
• Equipment operating experience is a plus, but not required.
