System Engineer III

Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support development and integration of advanced U.S. Navy tactical systems in Moorestown, NJ. This position is fully on-site. The salary range is $120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience. A current, active security clearance that is at least secret level (or higher) is required. Responsibilities Lead or support development and modification of complex systems and subsystems Perform advanced systems engineering analysis and design activities Manage and decompose system requirements into implementable components Conduct system performance modeling and analysis (MATLAB) Support and lead system integration and hardware/software integration & test Perform system verification and validation activities Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive resolution Collaborate across engineering teams to support system design and implementation Contribute to embedded systems development efforts Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–7 years of systems engineering experience Strong experience in systems design, development, and integration Experience with real-time systems development (minimum ~3 years) Experience with programming or scripting (3rd/4th generation languages) Strong understanding of requirements management and system decomposition Tools (Plus) Experience with MATLAB and system performance modeling Experience with hardware/software integration and testing Familiarity with embedded systems design Experience supporting system-level verification and validation Exposure to defense or tactical systems environments Data Intelligence is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
