To give our team leverage, we built a proprietary platform called OmniOS, which handles the administrative burden of anomaly detection, budget pacing, and report synthesis so our team can spend its time on strategy, interpretation, narrative building, and customer outcomes, not busywork. What you'll do Own the strategic direction of cross-channel paid media programs for mid-market and enterprise clients, setting the overall approach across search, social, and emerging channels rather than executing a single tactic Serve as the senior point of contact for multiple clients, managing their paid media strategy and ensuring their satisfaction at the executive level Host bi-weekly strategic reviews with client leadership, answer questions on Slack, and present monthly and quarterly performance reports that connect spend to business outcomes Develop and lead comprehensive, cross-channel campaign plans, aligning enterprise business goals with the right mix of paid media strategies Provide strategic direction on the type of content clients should promote, where to promote it, and how to optimize it across channels for best results Analyze data from paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and translate their impact on CRM metrics in systems like HubSpot and Salesforce into strategic recommendations Use insights from data analysis to guide cross-channel strategy pivots and improve performance at scale Lead coordination with Senior Paid Media Managers and Graphic Designers to ensure campaign execution reflects the broader strategic direction Ensure seamless integration of efforts across the Omni Lab team to deliver exceptional, strategically aligned results for clients What you need Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS brand in a demand gen capacity and/or fractionally with marketing leaders at SaaS brands. 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including account and strategy leadership in the B2B tech space, handling mid-market and enterprise clients with budgets exceeding $50K/month A track record of setting cross-channel paid media strategy - not just executing campaigns - across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead strategic discussions with senior marketing and founder stakeholders Passionate about marketing, constantly seeking to learn and improve through podcasts, LinkedIn, and industry reading Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Ability to analyze and interpret data from paid media accounts and CRM systems to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions What you'll receive & Perks $120,000–$150,000 base salary + variable comp, based on experience Employer-sponsored 401(k), 4% match without vesting The ability to work 100% remotely The opportunity to come in on the ground floor and work directly with the founders to build a demand gen consultancy in the fast-growing category of B2B SaaS Omni Lab is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Omni LAB
