Financial Analyst – Elkhart, INLocation: Elkhart, Indiana Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in Elkhart, Indiana. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts while partnering closely with leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.This Financial Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, identifying trends, and providing insights that impact business strategy.Key Responsibilities of the Financial AnalystPrepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysisAssist with annual budget and forecasting processesBuild financial models to support strategic initiativesAnalyze revenue, cost trends, and operational performanceSupport leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysisMaintain financial dashboards and KPIsQualifications for the Financial AnalystBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2–5 years of financial analysis or corporate accounting experienceStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)Experience with ERP systems and reporting toolsStrong analytical and communication skills
