Brighterly is a fast-growing EdTech platform that helps children across the USA (K-8) excel in English Language Arts and Math through fun, personalized, and interactive 1-on-1 online lessons.

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging 1-on-1 ELA lessons that make learning fun and effective.
Help students build confidence in reading, writing, listening and speaking .
Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts - no need to create your own content.
Track each child's progress and share insights with our academic team.
Continuously improve class engagement and student experience.

What We're Looking For

C1+ English proficiency , with a clear, neutral accent.
A passion for teaching young learners and making lessons engaging.
At least 6 months of teaching experience with children.
At least high-school level language knowledge and diploma .
Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension & writing .
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Availability for at least 20 hours/week (weekdays - priority).
