The atmosphere is designed to encourage patient engagement and promotes an exceptional therapeutic experience. We focus on a holistic approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing functional outcomes and quality of life improvements for our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic process for a designated group of patients, in close collaboration with our medical and care teams.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and actively participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans that focus on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.Provide or oversee direct therapeutic interventions throughout the care continuum, targeting specific areas of functional recovery.Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards by evaluating and providing treatments within the scope of practice defined by state law and professional guidelines.Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the effective use of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and adaptive devices to foster independence and ongoing recovery at home.Manage your caseload efficiently by prioritizing patient needs, determining daily staffing requirements, and coordinating hand-offs between therapy sessions.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a variety of patient populations, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of adults and children recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. Your therapy will support patients at every stage of their rehabilitation journey, maximizing their potential for recovery and enhancing their quality of life.QualificationsCandidates must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.No prior experience is required; new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.Preferred ExperienceExperience in orthopedic rehabilitation, knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities, or familiarity with pediatric care will be highly advantageous. Additional certifications in specialty areas of physical therapy are also viewed favorably.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
