Fast Casual General Manager

Houston, TX – IAH Airport | $55,000–$70,000 + Benefits

We are looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual restaurant inside George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) . This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment, developing a strong team, and being actively involved in daily operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
• Create a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service
• Work alongside the team during busy periods and be visible on the floor
• Manage scheduling and labor based on business needs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, food cost, waste, and other controllable expenses
• Understand and manage the restaurant's P&L and financial performance
• Drive sales while maintaining operational and brand standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and create a strong customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company, airport, health, and safety requirements
• Hold the team accountable while recognizing and developing top performers

What We’re Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience in QSR, fast casual, or another high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced operation with significant daily traffic
• Financially aware with experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L
• Hands-on leadership style — this is not an office-based GM position
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused with the ability to build a strong service culture
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant
• Must be able to meet all requirements necessary to work inside IAH Airport

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
