Global offices United States| Canada | United Kingdom| United Arab of Emirates| India About the Role Responsible for overseeing multiple data and analytics teams within the CPG domain, driving delivery excellence, implementing data engineering and BI best practices, and leading new initiatives and POVs. The role blends technical depth with leadership, ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and business impact through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery across data engineering, BI, and analytics workstreams; manage team performance and project timelines. Lead new initiatives and proofs of value (POVs), identifying automation and efficiency opportunities. Ensure program compliance, quality control, and adherence to governance standards. Guide teams in automating ETL workflows using SQL, Python, and R, and building pipelines Implement and oversee data modeling (Star/Snowflake, SCD2) and semantic layer design for Power BI. Manage Power BI dashboard development, DAX optimization, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements, KPIs, and strategic insights. Promote analytical storytelling, deep dives, and RCA to uncover trends and business opportunities. Preferred Skills Cloud & Data: Azure, Databricks, Spark Languages: SQL, Python, R Visualization: Power BI (DAX, measures, performance tuning) Tools: SAP BO or equivalent ETL tools Plus: ML basics, statistical analysis, data profiling Domain & Leadership Strong experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail analytics. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage onsite–offshore coordination, and drive business alignment.
