Key Responsibilities of the Cardiovascular Technologist

• Support high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures
• Scrub electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and device implants
• Scrub cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases
• Support neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures
• Assist with radial and femoral vascular access and vascular closure devices

Requirements of the Cardiovascular Technologist

• State of CT Radiographer license with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification through CCI
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab
• BLS and ACLS certifications
