Retail Sales Specialist — Local Growth & Training

Clark Mechanical Services, Inc.

The Restaurant Store in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining a strong retail sales culture at our branch. You will help drive on-site opportunities and align with merchandising, purchasing, and inventory teams to meet branch goals. You will develop product knowledge, train staff, and engage local markets through DISC profiling, street marketing, and community partnerships, while supporting membership growth and TRS.com adoption. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clark Mechanical Services, Inc.
